Human Resources Management deals with the management of people within an organization and motivating them to excel in their workplace. This course will expose students to the internal and external factors influencing and shaping human resources in the workplace. It will provide an overview of human resource management, with an emphasis in human resource planning and strategy, personnel selection, equal employment opportunity, training, performance appraisal, compensation and contemporary issues in organizational behavior. Lastly the course will expose students to the management of conflict in the workplace.
